Dr Richard Hould, Ph. D., author of the TERCI, teaches psychology at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. He has been Director of the Psychology Module and Committee for Advanced Studies in Psychology for several years. 

Dr Hould, based his research from extended and meticulous observations. With his patience and his will to help people,  he developped and made possible the use of this test for research (46 doctoral thesis) and psychotherapy assessment .

Mr. Guy Lacoursière, author of the Egogram 360, is psychologist and counselor in the field of psychological harassing for the Government of Quebec. 

M. Lacoursière is involved with Transactional Analysis since 30 years. Along the years he developed and refined the Egogram 360 used for research, communication training and interpersonal problem solving. He is the founder of Psychoprofil.
